BOOKING CONDITIONS OF TOURIST PROPERTIES

MEDDAYS (Sonia Barrios Arbesú) acts as an intermediary betwenn the client (in the name and on behalf of ) and the owner of the booked property.

Contract: for the reservation it is necessary to send copies of the DNI's, passports or identity cards of allthe occupants of the house.

Reservation confirmation: Immediately after making your reservation you will receive the voucher reservation.

MedDays agency acts as an intermediary in the name and on behalf of the owner of the home reserved

Payment on account: At the time of registration, a down payment of 40% of the amount of the reservation  must be deposited (non-refundable, it is advisable to contract a cancellation insurance), through

bank transfer (transfer commission paid by the customer), credit card or cash

The remaining payment plus the final cleaning, extras and tourist taxes will be made in cash or with credit card on the day of arrival. We dont accept checks.

Youth groups: The agency reserves the right to cancel reservations for children under 26 years of age.

Cheking in: It will take place in our office at Avda Barcelona nº92, local 5, 43892, Miami Playa between 4 and 7 pm on the day of the start of the booking contract.

In case of not being able to adjust to this schedule, the reception staff must be informed. The agency can not guarantee the delivery of keys after hours if you have not been notified in advance. If the arrival is occurs after 8:00 p.m. a supplement of € 50 applies. Arrivals and / or departures on Sundays and / or festive will also have a supplement of € 50. Under no circumstances will arrivals be accepted after 22:00 hours.

Checking out: It will take place from 8:00 to 10:00 h. of the last day hired.

Security deposit: A deposit of 400 € in cash  (for some properties this amount may be higher). . Once the deposit has been deposited and the remaining payment is settled, we will give you the keys to the house and we will indicate the giving you a map of the area.

Included services and extras: We deliver the booked accommodation in the proper cleaning conditions and operation, including the supply of water, gas and electricity (Electricity is included except for the electricity consumed by the air conditioning, which will be charged separately through an exclusive meter for that purpose, the price per Kw being 0.50 Euros)

The advertised prices correspond to the accommodation for the indicated number of persons, counting the children and babies also as people for the purpose of occupation. In case of exceeding the number of

persons indicated in the reservation voucher, the agency may cancel the reservation and urge the eviction of the living place.

Additional person: Supplement of € 20 / day, upon notification and acceptance by the agency

Final cleaning: supplement between € 65and € 150 depending on the type of home occupied. In all cases, the customer is responsible for throwing away the trash and cleaning all the kitchen ware.

Two-bedroom apartments: € 65

Three-bedroom apartments: € 85

Terraced houses 2 bedrooms: € 85

Terraced houses 3 bedrooms: 95 €

Terraced houses 4 bedrooms: € 130

Villas or townhouses with private pool 3 bedrooms: € 115

Villas or townhouses with private pool 4 bedrooms: € 130

Villas or townhouses with private pool 5 or more bedrooms: € 170

Bed linen  ( sheets, towels). You can rent them for a price of € 30 / person / week upon notification to the agency within 4 day s before arrival.

Pets: supplement of € 35 / week. They will only be admitted after notification and acceptanceon our part.

Tax on stays in tourist establishments: € 1,00 per person per day, with a limit of 7days of stay, being exempt children up to 16 years. It will be paid at the reception on the day of arrival.

Cancellation by the client: We recommend contracting cancellation / cancellation insuranceto cover possible contingencies.

Cancellation by the agency (owner): If, due to unforeseen reasons, the reservation had to be canceled, we will try will to locate the client in an accommodation with similar or superior characteristics. If this were not possible, the entire amount delivered will be refund.

The payment of the deposit and signal will indicate the acceptance of these booking conditions.
